This person will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional Marketing teams to accelerate customer acquisition, drive pipeline growth, and increase adoption across a defined set of strategic customers. The ideal candidate has proven experience supporting large enterprise or strategic accounts, is confident developing industry-specific messaging, and is comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Strategic Field Marketing & ABM:
    • Develop and execute high-impact, account-centric marketing plans across key strategic accounts and verticals (e.g., FSI, Healthcare/Insurance/Retail, Hi-Tech).
    • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives and leadership to build custom ABM motions that engage key decision makers and drive opportunities.
    • Leverage data and intent signals to deliver personalized campaigns at scale through tools like Demandbase and Userled.
  • Pipeline & Demand Generation:
    • Create and execute campaigns/events that influence pipeline growth and accelerate sales velocity for high-value accounts.
    • Build and track performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and optimize programs in partnership with Sales.
  • Executive & Vertical Programming:
    • Lead executive engagements and industry-specific experiences tailored to strategic accounts (briefings, VIP dinners, hosted events, EBC, CAB).
    • Collaborate with the Global Industry Marketing team to align vertical messaging with field execution.
  • Customer Engagement & Storytelling:
    • Partner with Customer Experience and Sales to uncover customer stories and champions within strategic accounts.
    • Amplify references and product success stories through marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with global marketing teams (Product, Partner, Digital, Comms) to integrate campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Align with Sales on account priorities, sales plays, and program feedback via regular cadence meetings.
  • Operational Excellence & Tools:
    • Own the end-to-end management of field programs including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, reporting, and follow-up. Use marketing tools including Splash, Demandbase, Salesforce, Allocadia, Tableau, and Sendoso for execution and tracking.

What You Bring:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM for enterprise or strategic sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of ABM strategy and execution, ideally across multiple verticals.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally to deliver tailored programs that engage strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident working directly with sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Splash, Demandbase, SFDC, Allocadia, Tableau, and Sendoso.
  • Creative thinker who can develop new program ideas to engage hard-to-reach audiences.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Must be based in the New York City area and able to work from the NYC office 1–2 days per week.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to support field and executive programs.
